Hi All
We are using the Standard PC component at the moment but this gives us the problem that our unit does not shutdown it displays "Your Computer Is Now Ready to be Switched Off" screen, so I thought no problem switch to ACPI, disabled the Standard PC coponent and added the ACPI Uniprocessor Component instead, unfortunatly on the very first boot it seems to give a 7b stop error, I know this is usually to do with no or incorrect IDE drivers but i have both intel and standard ide drivers in the image which work ok if i switch back to standard pc

I have serached the google groups but cant seem to find anything that clearly explains this behavior, as always your help is much appreciated

Many Thank

Peter Whitehouse

Hi Peter,

The best way for you would be to run TAP and to analyze default components
it would like to use.

If not try adding:
Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Embedded Controller
Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System

Slobodan
