I haven't used Access in some time and am creating a simple PIM

I have Office XP (2002). However when I create the new database it shows as
Acesss 2000 Format. Is this correct?

Thanks much.

Yep, 2002 and 2003 both use the 2000 format by default. You can change that
in the options, but there is litttle reason to since the 2000 format is
supported on more machines. The only caveat is that if you want to make an
MDE you will have to convert to the 2002/2003 format first.
