"Accounts" missing from "Tools" in OE

Am trying to reconfigure new/different email account after moving to new
location. OE still trys to connect to old server (bellsouth) and can't add
new account due to missing Accounts tab under Tools. Thanks in advance. Jack T

It does apply to OE6

Obviously this KB article needs to be read backwards :-))

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{guid}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0

Find or create the value No Modify Accts and change the value
to 0 (zero).
OE must be closed while you edit the registry.
When you open OE the option should be there?
