Your message isn't very clear. I'll assune you're using the Windows
Mail program, instead of some other email program.

For example, if you get any error messages when you try to send mail,
right click on them and copy the entire error messages to your next
message.
Also, since some common antivirus programs tend to cause assorted
problems in Windows Mail, what if any antivirus programs do you have
and have you ever had a Norton or McAfee antivirus program on that
computer?
For problems with sending mail, click on the Outbox, then each of the
messages you find there. If any of them display an error message
instead of a message you tried to send, move them to the Drafts
folder or delete them. If any refuse to do either, then download and
install this hotfix, with Windows Mail not running:

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If you don't know whether you have a 32-bit version
of Vista or a 64-bit version, try the hotfix for the 32-bit version first.
The Vista SP1 update includes this hotfix and more, but takes hours
longer to install.
After applying the hotfix or the update, if it doesn't delete the
troublesome messages, you should at least be able to delete them
yourself.
