Account problem

i have two hotmail ids

1- (e-mail address removed)

2- (e-mail address removed)

the 1st i made abt 4 yrs ago n the 2nd one abt one year ago
the problm is .....

if i make account using the 1st id , it works well and if using the
same procedure
i try to make an account with the 2nd id , that doesnt work

cna u help me abt that ??
