Hi,
I was given a laptop to customize and to have logon have
rights to everything and one logon completely restricted.
This was my first time setting up policies and
restrictions and I've stuffed up somewhere.
I am trying to open the account manager in the control
panel. The window opens but the screen is completely
blank. The only buttons visible are the back, forward and
home buttons which do nothing.
I spent a bit of time playing around in the Microsoft
Management Console changing only obvious settings
like "Can't Change Desktop background' etc but I might
have changed something I shouldn't have.
I went and undid all the changes that I made and it still
doesn't work. The strange thing is that it doesn't work
even in safe mode under the Administrator logon.
If anybody has any ideas that could be helpful, that
would be greatfully appreciated.
