account locks when user loggs out.

When user logs out of Window 2000 domain the user
accounts lock. This seem only at one site. Please advise
 
Any logoff scripts for this users? It may help to enable auditing of logon
events on his computer to see what shows up and view security logs on domain
controller for logons and logon failures for him. Running netdiag on his
computer to check for general networking health and domain membership might
also be a good idea. There is a real good white paper at link below on how
to track down account problems with associated tools including one that can
be installed on client computer to log authentication events. --- Steve
