'account locked out.'

When attempting to access a computer over a small home
network, i receive the following error message:
"The referenced account is currently locked out and may
not be logged on to."
Any help in resolving the occurence of this error woiuld
be appreciated.

Log on locally on the computer that you are trying to access
as a User that is a Computer Administrator type account that
is NOT the "referenced account" in the error message.

Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Computer Management |

System Tools > Local Users and Groups > Users

Right click on the "referenced account" and click on Properties

Uncheck "Account is locked out"

Apply and OK

Try the access over the network again.
