accoounts on my computer

sometimes under properties of certain things I see accounts that I can not
erase or access.There is the administrator account which i can, but then
there is the administrators account. I used to share this comp and someone
else set it up. Plus there is another account with letters and numbers, that
is listed as unknown. I can do nothing with this either. I am having issues
with outside access to my computer. How can I See what these accounts are.
they do not show up on control panel user accounts.
 
Set up a decent firewall and you will know if (or what) is trying to access
your computer.
