Accidentally deleted Temp folder

Don't ask me how? but in doing some system clean-up and maintenance, I accidentally deleted the Documents and Settings/User/Local Settings/Temp folder....And I emptied the Recycle Bin......WAAAAAAA!.........DOH

I am experiencing erratic behavior at start-up because of this, which stabilizes after I bring up Task Manager.....Shut Down tends to go awry also....

Can anyone tell me where I can retrieve or download this Folder and its basic files?.....Thanks to everyone looking into this matter!.......Peace
 
DOH!....again.....You probably need to know I'm running Windows XP Home Edition.....Sorry and Thanks again!

There are no default files/documents in the folder. Just create a new
folder.
