I accidentally created a second "personal" folder. I
don't know how I did it, or how/if I should delete it.
I'd like to delete it - it's very confusing.

Right click the root of the folder and choose Properties-> button Advanced
and check the location of the file. Close the dialog.
Right click the root of the folder and chose Close
Close Outlook
Start Outlook
Browse to the location and delete the file

-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

When I try to close the folder I don't want I get "The
operation failed. An object could not be found." Any
ideas?

When I go to Show Profiles, I have one profile called
Outlook. Then there are 4 options, Add, Remove,
Properties and Copy. How do I go about Recreating the
profile...without losing all my data?

You don't loose data; just account settings. Once you recreated the mail
profile you can connect to you your pst-file by File-> Open-> Outlook Data
File... To set is as your default delivery location (Outlook Today folder
set) go to Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> button Next
