Accessing work email from home

I work for a small non-pofit. We dont have an IT manager, I guess I would be
it. We would like to have all of our computes on Outlook in the office. We
currently have webmail through our site host and I know how to link this to
Outlook but then the owner cannot access her emails anymore from home. What
would we need to do for her to be able to access her work outlook from her
home computer?
 
It sounds like you have POP3 accounts. See if your hosting provider offers a
Hosted Exchange solution. This way changes you make at home are also
reflected to the server and then also to the computers at work. If that is
not possible, see if they can offer IMAP instead or switch ISP.

computers in-sync via the Internet;
