Accessing the quicklaunch toolbar without a mouse

How can I activate/access the quicklaunch toolbar without a mouse (and it is
set to autohide incidentally. Is there some keyboard shortcut that will allow
me to do it?
 
CTRL-ESC (to unhide taskbar) ESC (leaves start button highlighted) TAB
(depending on how many toolbars you have on your taskbar). You can even
access the items in the system tray.
