Accessing Outlook from Access

When you create a new email message, there is an 'options' menu item, when
you open this you get a screen with a button & field called 'Contacts'.
My question is, how do I insert & retreive information in this field from
Access.

Your description below doesn't seem to fit the version of Outlook on my
computer, but if you're trying to use an Access database as an Outlook
contacts list I suggest you start at www.outlookcode.com, and if you
have no success there ask in an Outlook newsgroup.

If your email software is something other than Outlook (e.g. Outlook
Express), ask in a forum that specialises in it.
 
I am using Outlook 2003, but am using it's internal editor for emailing, my
problem is that when I create an email via access (to send to a supplier for
info) I would like to able to insert the customers name from access into this
field, as it is not send with the email.
