I have a problem with my IBM laptop (that is a new one!)
and have had to send it to be fixed.
I have mounted the HDD in a USB caddie and am accesing
the files using another computer.
The problem is that I can not access my personal folder
files which includes my email and outlook files!
My user-id and password is exactly the same on this
machine as on the slave drive when it was the master of
another.
Can you suggest a way that I can access my files?
