Here is the situation: The user's PC's motherboard went bye bye. Dell
sent a replacement machine with similar configuration. I moved the hard
disk from the old computer and installed it as an extra hard disk in the
new one.
Now, I created the same username and same password on the new computer.
But when trying to access OldDisk:\Documents and Settings\username\ it
keeps giving me access denied. Even though its the same username and
password. And I can access all directories and files of the old disk,
except for the user's files. Login in with administrator access doesn't
help either.
How can I access those files? The user needs them urgently.
Thanks & cheers.
