Accessing AD via LDAP

I am attempting to query Active Directory using LDAP from
a browser on another computer and unable to do so. Do I
need to enable or install something on my DC to allow
this to happen.

Please Help
 
You should not need to do that, but you need to access AD with an account
that has sufficient rights to do whatever you're trying to do.
Can you be more specific?
