I want to set up a way for non-access users to fill out a form in Access. I
know there's a way; I saw it a couple of years ago... the database was
packaged as a stand along program.

Can anyone give me more info on this?

You could build your data entry form in Excel. Access could then import the
data from the worksheet.

You are looking for the Developer Edition aka runtime. It is now free
in Access 2007 but won't be available for download for another few
weeks.
