Access violation

I am running ie 7 everytime I close out of ie 7, I get an access violation at
address 04A90820 in module "iesdsg.dll" read of address 25202E67, Does anyone
know what this means or how to fix it? Thank you greatly appreciated. Tried
to look up the module does not exist.

Reinstall IE7, or go back to IE6.
