Access Versions - why upgrade ?

Hi,

I'm currently using Access 2003 and quite satisfied with what I can get from
it. I am just thinking if upgrading to Access 2007 will offer any
improvements apart from the UI (from a programmer's point of view).

Can somebody please tell me a few good reasons why I should upgrade, not for
the sake of just having the latest version (again from a programmer's point
of view)?
