Access Versions Problem

Hi

I have Access 2002 installed and when I create a new database the file
format is 2000

Why is that?

Dear Samuel:

If you navigate to Tools>Options>General, you can set the default format to
Access 2002-2003, if you like. The default format of Access 2000 was
probably done to maximize compatibility.
