Using Windows 2000 PRO and DSL.

I have web server running and a home page. All is well until I dial-up
to another service. Then access to my web page seems to be blocked.

How can I get around this problem?

Is this a Windows 2000 issue? ...or would Windows XP Home get around it?

Yes it is started, Thanks for the thought.

I don't think it is an issue because it is not a remote access issue.
It seems to be a local access issue. It is like TCP devotes its
attention to the dialup service and ignores the Ethernet connection from
the DSL router.

I have seen other people complain about this. I seem to recall a
"workaround" is available, but when I read that item a couple years ago,
It did not concern me. Now it does.

Anyone know the "workaround"? and what other windows offerings does it
affect. Could it be that Windows 2000 PRO has the restriction, but
Windows 2000 server does not?
