Hi all,

I am using an exchange 2003 setup with office 2003 pro.I can share my tasks
so that my manager can review them. But what I would like to do is add a link
to a microsoft word document (monthly report) so when it is click on by the
manger it will display the completed tasks for that month.

Has anyone tried this or is it impossible to query outlook to display only
certain data. I know that I can view that completed task and sort them by
date. But is there a way of linking Word 2003. In a nut shell my manger would
like to click a link in the monthly report so that the completed tasks from
outlook for that month are display.

Thank you,

Aaron

I don't know of any seamless way to do this. Essentially what you'd
need to do is either copy/paste or print a report. What about if you
print a report of your completed tasks to a PDF file and link that from
your monthly report?

How many completed tasks are we talking about?

Might actually make more sense to create a link to your entire tasks
folder so that the manager can see the status of all tasks; but that
requires the manager to be reading the report on a machine/account that
can access your Tasks folder.
