Access to mailbox programatically

Hello
This is my situation; i have an application which send some data by email to
a group of users using a internal mail address use a delivery notification if
for any reason the mail was not send (ex; email does not exist,the domain was
false,etc) but all those notifications are saved in the mailbox, the only way
i can see those notification is access with outlook to that account.
My question is how can i access to those mail without using outlook and just
by code.

Thanks for your time
 
Is that the mailbox of the current user who has an Outlook profile
configured?
Or is it the mailbox of some other domain user?
