G'Day List,

I posted this question on the Exchange200 list by mistake. My apologies.

I cannot find a clear Yes or No answer to my research.

Tell me, is there a way to grant another user access to my deleted items and
sub-folders in my Inbox?

Thanks. Take Care

Yes as you are on Exchange, you need to grant a Reviewer Permission at
mailbox root folder level (as well as the sub folders) and the other user(s)
is required to add your mailbox to their profile (method depends on Outlook
version).

To add your profile to another users profile then the other user needs to go
to Tools || Email Accounts || NEXT || Highlight Microsoft Exchange || Change
|| More Settings || Advanced || Add... || type in your name || OK all boxes.
If the permissions have been set correctly the other user should see in
their Folder List (from the Go menu) your mailbox and the folders that you
have given permission for.

Noel,

Thanks much.
