I have a problem where normally under Temp internet Files,
you should be able to see a OLK folder or other named
folders. On a machine i have, when saving a email doc it
defaults to a folder located in c:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\OLK...
But when I try and browse for it I cannot view it in
explorer and the view is set to show hidden files and
folders...Please can you assist as there are docs that
have been deleted before that are there in this folder

Thanks

You can try from a Command Prompt, using the DOS CD command to change
directory into Temporary Internet files, and then using the
DIR /A /S OL*.
command to search for all objects starting with OL and having no
extension.

But it has probably been deleted in the course of Temporary Internet
Files getting tidied up. You should realise that 'Temporary' means what
it says. It is *not* a place in which you should save folders of any
sort, and especially not of files that may matter
