Access query with varied Location

I have a user that needs to be able to enter a varied amount of
Locations(one day it could be 5 Locations the next it could be 7). Is there
a way to do this when prompts him to enter a location? I tried to use
"Location1" Or "Location2" Or "Location3" along with the And in between each
location but nothing comes up.
