If you ever get the message Access is Denied when you are trying to delete an
executable or a driver you probably know how frusturating it is to try to
delete it. In order to delete it you need to:

WARNING!!!: This is somewhat of a dangerous procedure. When you finish
deleting you need to turn the switch back on. DO NOT delete any executeable
or driver that you do not know much about. This is mainly for Malware that
could possibly get on your computer.

1. Restart the computer.
2. Get into the system setup during the boot up.
3. Go to the security section of it.
4. You want to go to a part in the security section about excecutables and
turn the switch off.
5. Save the the changes and exit the setup the computer will then continue
to boot up and you can delete the excecutables or the drivers that you need
to.

Note: Please reply. I want to know how it turned out.

Could you please elaborate on:

My thoughts are you mean the BIOS setup, I'm not totally sure but I am leaning
that way. If it is what I think, then that's not a place for anyone to be in
order to enable the removal of maleware, spyware, foistware, etc., let alone any
drivers.

Did you even try booting to Safe Mode where the minimum of all drivers are
loaded for the purpose of still being able to run the OS? Not only are the
minimum amount of drivers loaded, executables are put on the wayside as well,
and most run in a limited capacity if they can run.
