Access is denied when attempting to delete file

KB 298345 says if you get error message "Access is denied" if deleting a
file is attempted and the disk is neither full nor write-protected and
the file is not in use by anyone, then ask the administrator to grant
the necessary permissions.
Now, I am getting this error message using my home computer so I am the
administrator. Could anyone please post how to fix this problem.

Error Deleting File or Folder - Cannot delete (filename): Cannot find the
specified path. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.
Workaround:

Right click the Recycle Bin/Properties/Check: Do Not Move Files to the
Recycle Bin...

Hi,

Thank you very much for your help. The problem has been resolved. I wonder
why the KB does not include solution such as you posted instead of saying go
ask the administrator.
