Access installation

Access 97 is not starting up. Message poping up is:
Microsoft Access cannot start because there is no license
for it.
Access 2000 was earlier installed. I believe the issue is
related to this.

I had to reread that a couple of times. I had a mental image of a Font
of All Things (presumably some kind of blessed and magical container
from which any item you wish may be drawn at will) somehow causing the
problem...
