You cannot, as it is no longer an actual directory but a "junction point"
provided for compatibility issues. Documents are now in the "Users" folder
instead.
C:\Users\MyUser\AppData\Local\Temporary Internet Files\
is also inaccessible ...

I keep my temp inet files on a different hard drive, and they still
show in the Users location.
To get at your temp inet files at any location, you need to disable
UAC.
One reason I did it and kept with it being disabled.

Makes one wonder why they have a "Move Folder..." button
if you can't move the folder.
