Access denied in my docs

I was playing with.net to make a nice DT right click menu
cand kinda screwed up up to say the least.

I reinstalled windows and now i cant acess my previous my
docs folder. I know it is all still there cuz i could
share it but not access it past the first level.

Any ideas how i can get back into it?
