I guess I need to rephrase the question. I have an option group with 4
buttons and each button is given a value from 1 to 4. I need to have those
values show as words (GO-or NOGO) on a report (1 & 3 is GO, 2 is NOGO, and 4
is Double NOGO). And if someone gets 3 number 3's it should show as OUT. If
there is an Access GURU out there willing to help me please email me at

Take a look at the Choose() function.
Open the VBA window, and look up help there.
