Access Calendar

Hello all

I have a quick question.

I have table that has a schedule for the month.
I want to make a report or do something to make this schedule look like
an outlook calendar
in my table i have the name of the person and the date they are
susposed to be scheduled and where they are susposed to go


And if i change the table i want to click ... a button and it will
overwrite the old schedule

Would a report work for this?
Are there any calendar report examples?
i want to be able to select the month i want and print a calendar with
the schedule for that month
is this possible?

p.s. i was going to create bookmarks in a word document for each month
and date

i was hoping there was an easier way
