Not sure if this is right news group? I am about to start looking at the
Access program to see if it will fulfil my small businesses needs. I am
fairly computer literate but guess there will be a steep learning curve. Are
there any links to web sites that may help me with my familiarisation
process.

Any help would be great.

P

There are several Access focused newsgroups. They are all good sources.
microsoft.public.access.gettingstarted is a great one to lurk to begin. You
might also want to check out www.mvps.org/access for lots of useful hints
and pointers.

Hi Phil,
So when I've looked at these sites I'll be an expert!!!!!!!!!!!

<g>

If you master everything on all of those sites (excluding Sensei Lebans) you no doubt will
be an Access expert.

If you master everything on Stephen's site, good golly we'll all give you a medal!!
Or cross eyed.

No, but you will no doubt have red eyes from all the late nights fullfilling your Access
"fix" for the day!

And you will begin to believe in St. Vinson!!

Hear that big sucking sound in the background?
That's the sound of you falling into the big Access vortex!
(ha....ha...ha.....big thunderous deep laugh in the distance)

<vbg>

(and another falls victim ;-))
Many thanks.

You're welcome.
