Is it possible to use Access and MS SQL 2005 Express?

Yes, if you are using linked tables in a .mdb.

No, if you are using a .adp. More precisely, you have not the full
functionality.

The full functionally will be available in the next version of ms-access
(2007).......

So, both choices...linked tables, or ADP's will work with sql 2005.
