Access 97 over Windows XP Pro

I have a client with a legacy application which runs on Access 97. Is it possible/adviseable to install Access 97 on a Windows XP Professional computer. Are there any specific things to look out for, any gotchas?

There shouldn't be any problems, unless there's already a newer
version of Access on the computer.
