Access 97 error: ISAM

I have installed Access 97 (This is the version of the database I have and
what other computers use. I get an error when trying to import from a CSV
file:

Run-time error '3170':

Can't find installable ISAM.

Found that I had forgotten to install additional drivers and other things.
