I don't see why that should be an issue. Are you having any trouble running
it? I must say I haven't tried it, so I'm not aware of any issues. Ideally,
the product should be independent of the OS as long as the minimal
requirements are met.

The program launches in XP after the full install. I can
create anything in Design view. However when I try to use
the form wizard or report wizard to create a new
form/report then I get the message.
No Current Record
I have done this thousands of times on access but it
doesn't work on XP?
I thought it might have been an issue with the security
of trying to access the program files folder but even
granting full access to this folder does not solve the
issue?
So I am at a loss as to know what to do next and would
appreciate any other help.

I had the same problem with Access 97 running on Windows
2000. It was resolved by assigning me as a local
administrator on the PC. Previously, I had restricted
priviliges on my PC.
