[advice please]

Why is there no addr.hlp and why is it not already installed?
Why, when I try to print labels the error message 'application-defined or
object -defined' appears?

The help is included in the file which you can download here:

Why it is not installed by default? It never has been. In the other version
you also had to separetly install the tool.
I think it works pretty straight forward. Try the wizard it does a great job.

For your second remark we can only guess what might be happening so I can
help you on that one.

Thanks Maurice - good try but to no effect. I ask the computer to 'Show me'
and that is where the addr9.hlp error message appears, saying not installed
on hard disc. Your link unfortunately, did not provide the help.

Still can't print a label. I used to be able to print labels with other
versions back to 1998 - what price progress????

But you did install the dev. tools first right? That's when you get the error
or do you not see the developer tools appear in the menu of the officebutton?
