Access 2007 - Objects linked together

I created a form from an existing table. When I go to design view on the
form, and I click on one of the objects to resize/move the whole column of
objects
resizes/moves. How can I disable this feature?
 
When you hover you mouse over the controls you will see a cross appear on the
left upper side of the block of controls. Click on the cross once and then go
to the arrange tab and under the group Control layout click remove..
