Access 2007 - New - Macros - Transfer Spreadsheet Action

I just got upgraded to Access 2007. I need to create a new macro. The
actions dropdown are very different. I don't see any options that will allow
me to transfer a spreadsheet (or any other kind of document) into the
database.

Is there a setting I need to change?

When you choose create macro look in the macro ribbon and click on the "Show
all actions" button. That will show the actions which you need.
