We use the MS Office 2003 suite, we use network printers, all the modules of
Office (WORD EXCEL POWERPOINT OUTLOOK etc.) see and can print except Access.
Access says no printers. As admiistrator I can print fron Access but as user
I cannot print. Even when making the user a Domain Admin it is not possible.
Please does anybody have a solution?

consider yourself blessed you're halfway there to a 'paperless office'

export everything to SNP format; this is going to be backwards
compatable with Microsofts' new XPS file format

Hi Jerry,

Yes there is a valid default printer setup on the PC, otherwise we couldn't
print from Wrod, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc. I have even added all the
network printers to this machine, every program that you use you can print
too the default or chose one of the other network printers except for Access
2003. Even a localy attached/installed printer, a HP Laserjet 4, is not
available in Access 2003, but is available for every other progam.
