Hi Jim,
If you know that you have installed the wizards, as Damien suggested, and they still do not work
on one computer, try replacing two files on your hard drive: Acwzmain.mde and Acwztool.mde. One
or both of these files may have become corrupted (see
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=242218).
Use the following instructions. Do this without Access running.
1. Insert the Microsoft Office or Access compact disc.
2. By using Windows Explorer, open the Pfiles\Msoffice\Office\1033 folder on your
CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive, and locate the Acwzmain.mde and/or Acwztool.mde files.
3. Select both files, and then click Copy on the Edit menu
4. Open the folder that you installed Office into. The default folder is C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office. Select the Office\1033 folder, and then on the Edit menu, click
Paste.
If that doesn't fix the problem, my next guess is an improperly registered DAO360.dll file,
although you should have received an error message if that was the case. Follow the instructions
in
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=319841 to re-register DAO.
Tom

When you installed did you choose "Run from My Computer", "Run from CD",
"Not Available" or "Installed on fist use" for the Wizards?
You can run office set up and check/fix if this is the problem.

Hi,
I have recently loaded Office XP on both my PCs and on one evrything works fine but on the other
machine the Access wizards will not activate at all.
What have I not done? Does anybody have any ideas?
