I have recently upgraded my PC from Windows 2000 to
Windows XP. Ever since the upgrade, I have been
experiencing problems with Access 2000.
I have noticed that when exiting from the design view of
queries that all the queries I have disappear from the
screen, switching to tables and back to queries brings
them back!
After putting a new button on a form, it may work once,
but then when you test again, the button does not work,
and the database stops working. I have to exit from
Access, and most often turn off the PC & do a compact &
repair before continuing. However users on non-XP
machines have no problems.
Is there a fix anywhere I can apply?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
