Access 2000 using Label Wizard

Whenever I choose a particular label to use via the Label
Wizard in Reports, it reverts back to metric. Example: I
chose english for labels, Avery #5160. When I enter the
fields I wish to use, the label that comes up is not the
size of the label I originally called for. When I go
back to check the label numbers, I'm back in metric. How
can I get the label I picked to stay in the english
version?
