access 2000 input question

Whenever i type 2 consecutive numbers the next column get filled. 2, 3
autofills the third column with 4. In fact 5,7 autofills the next colum with
9. Is there any way to turn this off

You cannot disable this misfeature in Access. Here is a link to a KB article
that discusses the Autofill *feature*:

Tables Are Automatically Populated with Values As You Move Through Fields or

If you use forms, instead of tables, you will not experience this annoying
behavior as long as the form is not in Datasheet view.
