Access 200 linking with other programs

I have an access database and a Microsoft Project Gannt Chart. As the note function in Projects is not that good, the database was created to store the relevant information. I would like to link the records within the Access Database via a hyperlink to the Row in the Gannt Chart. Is this possible?
