Can someone tell my why I keep having having to accept the "terms &
conditions" for using my excel program everytime I open up a workbook. And
can you tell me how I can stop this?

I am getting tired of this.

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program

Yes, I agree, it's totally crazy. I like the weasel phrase in the KB 884202
article that states:
CAUSE
"This behavior occurs if your user account does not have permissions to
modify the Microsoft Windows Registry."

At one time, MSFT would acknowledge that there was actually something
wrong -- or at least state that a bug was 'by design.'

Nowhere in the KB 884202 article is it stated that this situation exists
only on Vista, not earlier O/S's.

'By design,' indeed. What horseshit!!!

This is what Tim found and it really works

Yes!

Found it by searching more thoroughly on here..

Basically run any office program as administrator (right click on icon then
run as admin - you may need to drag the icon from start menu to desktop to do
this) then accept the agreement, and it'll never bother you again. Its that
simple. :)

I found this info here:
