Can somebody please tell me their experiences with the world's tinyest
web browsers? I am looking for a single file executable, no need for
any other adjunct files (although it may want to make something of its
own to use later).

I am aware of several zipped packages under 200KB, but these won't do.
I want the single executable that is ready-to-work. Further .. it MUST
NOT depend on any kind of MS engine. It must be self-sufficient. It
must be useable on any Windows computer without complications.

Thanks so much

OB1 fits on a floppy and is independent of other browsers:

Amazing! Even lets me into sites that Firefox can't such as IE
designed sites.

Seems to support Java too.

How does he do it?

Its an IE-based browser. I think that the program is designed with a
horrible UI.
